The Designer of these tongs is "A.V.N.". I could not find out the name of this designer.
There are two monograms, one on each side of the handles. One reads "Ligne", the other "2 3/8 24". I believe this may be a measurement, but I am not sure what it is referring to.
These tongs are in great condition, especially for their age. There is light surface wear, and some light wear of the shell pattern. There is light patina/ tarnish on the claws. The details on the claws are in great condition.
