Description

1973 Yamaha DT1 250 Enduro in Green with Black Stripe. This is a Very Original DT1 (Or DT3 as it is a 1973) Showing 1422 Miles on the Odometer which Works as it Should. The Tach and Speedometer Also Work as Well as The Headlight and Taillight. It Does Show Off Road Use with Some Scratching and a Few Small Dents in the Gas Tank as Shown. The Original Seat is Taped Some on Both Sides as Shown in Pictures. Before I Replaced the Clutch it Jumped Out of 4th Gear a Few Times But with the New Clutch it Has Not During the Approximately 50 Miles I have Put on it Since Replacing the Clutch. The Tires are Proper Enduro Type and are Brand New with Maybe 20 Miles on them. The Headlight Bucket and Gas and Oil Tanks have the Original Factory Green Paint and Show Use and Age with Some Scratching and a Few Dents as in Pictures. The Yamalube Oil Injection System Works Excellent so No Need to Mix Oil and Gas. The Petcock Does Drip and an After Market One is Cheaper than a Rebuild Kit for the Original, So I Will Leave That to the New Owner to Decide Which Way to Go. This Bike is 48 Years Old and is Sold As Is, Where Is and There is No Warranty Expressed Or Implied. It is Matching Numbers from Frame to Engine as Shown and I Have the Title from the Previous Owner Which is Signed by Him and Will Go to the Next Owner. One Original Key is Included with a Key Fob From the Original Dealer in New York. Local Pickup is Available, But Any Shipping Arrangements and Complete Cost are the Buyers Responsibility.
