    This 1982 Yamaha Maxim 650 is a modified vehicle. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend rides.

    Vehicle Details
    Highly customized xj650 Maxim.
    R6 front end conversion, Ohlins steering damper, Ohlins shocks, Keihin CR29 carbs, uni filters, Lithium battery, virago rear wheel conversion, Michelin tires. Custom exhaust, etc.
    She's a real head turner on the road and at shows, and only about 2k miles on it since being finished. Bike had around 15k miles on it at the time of the build.
    It's a unique experience to ride and is surprisingly fast.. Estimate around 95-100hp with carbs, hot coils and header, and stops like a sportbike with the R6 forks/brakes.
    It will be hard to see it go, but the time has come to move on.
