Product Description
This large antique English sterling silver caster has a tapering cylindrical form onto a domed spreading circular foot.
This impressive Victorian caster is ornamented with a plain girdle which encircles the body.
The caster is fitted with the original hallmarked detachable bayonet style cover.
The cover is embellished with pierced decoration and surmounted by an urn shaped finial.
This large caster is a very fine and impressive example of its type.
Condition
This antique caster is a very good gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in excellent condition.
This Victorian caster has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.
Full hallmarks struck to the surface and cover are very clear.
