There is a 10 day hold on the scheduling of shipping for all payments made by business check. 7.75% sales tax applies only to sales within orange county California.

The estimated shipping charges, fully insured with a reliable carrier, are 0 to 5. The majority of shipments within California cost between 0 and 0 and all shipments outside of California cost an estimated 0 to 5. Shipping companies charge additional fees for deliveries which are not at ground level, delivery locations which cannot physically be reached by a tractor-trailer truck and deliveries which take longer than 30 minutes to complete.
Copiers or finishers are covered with blanket and strapped tightly in the truck to avoid any moving and friction with other machines. Upon customer demand, copiers could be shrink wrapped with corner boards and then padded for extra protection and transported to your home or office as rolling stock on a truck equipped with a lift-gate (no forklift or loading dock is required). Due to the risk of damage will not crate or palletize any digital imaging equipment such as copiers and printers. Due to the risk of damage we will not ship with UPS, FedEx or common freight carriers. Buyer pays for all shipping charges. Insurance is required about per machine that covers the value of the machine for any physical damages.

COPITONE will not be responsible for shipping damage since we are not the shipping company. To ensure that all buyers are fully protected, all equipment is shipped fully insured. Shipping damage is rare although in the event that a shipment is damaged it is the buyer’s responsibility to fully inspect their purchase when it arrives and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Failure to do so could forfeit their right to file a damage claim with the shipping company.
Due to the highly sensitive nature of digital imaging equipment and the vibration inherent in the process of shipping, the majority of all digital equipment, new or used, will need professional setup and installation after shipment by a factory trained and authorized technician. We recommend that all buyers protect their purchase by having their equipment professionally setup and installed. Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the equipment and/or poor quality and performance by the equipment. Product setup, installation, training or service contracts are available for local customers in Orange County and LA area only. If you are outside our area, please consult your local authorized dealer and/or network IT professional for questions regarding service contracts, product setup, installation, network connectivity and training.
Manuals and software are not included unless specified in the auction's description section although they can typically be downloaded from the manufacturer's website or purchased directly from the manufacturer or authorized dealer.
