Returns
If customer received a defective product, please first contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Typically, all support requests are responded to within 1-2 business days (M-F). If customer wish to return a brand new and sealed product that you have purchased, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The product returned must be unopened and in it's original factory packaging. If customer is not satisfied with a product you purchased and have already opened and/or used the product and wish to return. Customer may do so within 30 days of your purchase.
