    Description

    These are quite the rarity.  Gorham modeled these sugar tongs after those made in England where they are affectionally known as "sugar nips."  The harlequin, or jester, is holding two snakes which become the handles. They measure 4 3/8" and weigh a hefty 1.5 ozt. They are in very good condition. They are cast silver.  I do not believe they have ever been monogrammed.  We currently have some very fine Tiffany, Gorham, Shiebler, and silver from other makers as well.  Don't let these get away.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
