Superb English antique King William IV era bright cut sterling silver sugar tongs / sugar nips.  Hallmarked London 1833 with maker's mark for George Wintle.  Has beautifully engraved script initials on the end of the tongs.  Measures approximately 5 13/16" x 1 7/16" and weighs 31.3 grams total.
