    Description

    Up for bid is one (1) vintage The Webster Company sterling silver sugar tongs in very good, used, recently-polished condition.  They measure approximately 2-3/8” long.
    The sugar tongs have a pierced design and claw feet ends.
    On the inside of the tongs, it reads:
    STERLING
    W over Co with an arrow through them (The Webster Company mark)
    NOTE:  The Webster Company of North Attleboro, Massachusetts was founded in circa 1869.  A subsidiary of Reed & Barton since 1950.
    As I purchased this item at an estate sale, I am not sure of its exact age but definitely vintage.  No monogram, little tarnish, light scratches.  See pictures.
